Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Delhi Shree Dham Hotel website or services.

1. Booking and Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Our standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM.
• Our standard Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a one-night room charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount for the first night of the reservation.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain décor and respect the holy atmosphere of Vrindavan. Illegal activities, loud noises, or smoking in non-designated areas are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. We advise guests to use the safety boxes provided or keep valuables secure.
